PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal or the like for automatically reporting an emergency appropriately. SOLUTION: When the alarm function of the mobile communication terminal 100 is executed, a control unit 110 discriminates the presence/absence of the occurrence of an emergency situation on the basis of the execution time. When discriminating that the emergency state has occurred, the control unit 110 controls a sound processor 150, gathers the peripheral sound of the mobile communication terminal 100 by using a microphone 152, also controls a GPS positioning part 160, and acquires the present position information of the mobile communication terminal 100. The control unit 110 prepares emergency reporting mail including the acquired present position information and the sound data of the peripheral sound, and transmits it to an emergency reporting destination. When there is no response within prescribed time, the control unit 110 controls a sound communication control unit 123 and originates a call of sound communication to a public emergency reporting destination. When a communication path with a calling destination is not established within the prescribed time, a call is originated successively in the order of priority.
