PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic semiconductor element which manufactures the organic semiconductor element having superior characteristics, an organic semiconductor element manufactured by such manufacturing method of the organic semiconductor element, and an organic semiconductor device and an electronic equipment, each having this organic semiconductor element and high reliability. SOLUTION: The organic EL element (organic semiconductor element) 1 comprises: a positive electrode 3, a hole transporting layer 5a; an intermediate layer 5b having the same function as the hole transporting layer 5a; a luminous layer 6; and a negative electrode 8. The hole transporting layer (first organic semiconductor layer) 5a, the intermediate layer 5b, and the luminous layer (second organic semiconductor layer) 6 are formed into one lot by solidifying a first liquid film containing a constituent material of the hole transporting layer 5a, a third liquid film containing a constituent material of the intermediate layer 5b, and a second liquid film containing a constituent material of the luminous layer 6.
