PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element with an electrode terminal in which damage to an organic material layer is reduced and in which an outside circuit is electrically connected by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element with the electrode terminal is provided with: a first substrate 11 in which a first electrode layer is formed on a surface; an organic material layer containing an organic light emitting material laminated on this electrode layer; a second electrode layer of the opposite electrode to the first electrode layer 12 laminated on the organic material layer; and a second substrate 15 arranged on the second electrode layer. A first electrode terminal electrically connected to the first electrode layer on a first electrode side surface of the first substrate, a third electrode terminal 18 not electrically connected to the first electrode layer, and a second electrode terminal electrically connected to the second electrode layer of the second electrode layer side surface of the second substrate are respectively formed, and the second electrode terminal is electrically connected to the third electrode terminal via a conductive material 19 arranged between these terminals.
