PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector which regulates displacement of a connector housing toward an open side of a shield shell while preventing increase of the number of components and working steps. SOLUTION: A regulation window 36 is provided on a front side wall part 34F of the shield shell 30 to regulate displacement of a front end of a connector housing 20 toward an opening part 35, and a lead-out opening 37 is provided on a rear side wall part 34R of the shield shell 30 to regulate displacement of an electric wire 10 toward the opening part 35.
