PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an automatic tuner of a resonator relatively easily by reducing greatly three-dimensional electromagnetic field calculation which requires much time. SOLUTION: Linearity of voltage variation against insertion quantity of tuners is checked for at least one tuner, and based on the linearity of voltage variation, individual voltage variation data for respective insertion quantity is obtained by a proportional calculation for all tuners, and by using individual voltage variation data, combinations of the automatic tuners and insertion quantity are determined, and appropriateness of combinations is confirmed directly by the three-dimensional electromagnetic field calculation. Determination of the combinations is carried out by adding individual voltage variation data of the selected tuners and by making the total voltage distribution not to change substantially by the voltage variation by these tuners offsetting each other.
