PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device which provides click-stop feeling in a simple structure without upsizing a switching unit. SOLUTION: A spring member 7 for moderation is fitted to a circuit board 6 mounting a switching unit 1, and an operating shaft 4 of the switching unit 1 is made positioned at a neutral-position recess part 8 of a moderation face 13 of the spring member 7 for moderation. When an operating member 16 is rotated, the operating shaft 4 slides in either direction of arrow marks A1 and A2 through an arm 18 to move the moderation face 13 at the same time. At this time, a user is given a click-stop feeling. When operation force of the operating member 16 is released, the operating shaft 4 is turned back to enter the neutral-position recess part 8, and at the same time, the operating member 16 is also turned back to a neutral position.
