ERRONEOUS WORK PREVENTION SYSTEM IN MANUFACTURING STEP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an effectively usable place in a factory by installing one erroneous work prevention device in every one step of manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: The erroneous work prevention system has an erroneous work prevention control board 1 having software capable of setting data for performing instruction of a vehicle shape, selection instruction of parts and selection and instruction of the fastening number of a fastening tool and a touch panel; a vehicle shape instruction part 2 for transmitting/receiving a vehicle shape signal to the erroneous work prevention control board; a part selection part 3 for receiving a signal for instructing a mounting part corresponding to the vehicle shape and instructing a position of the mounting part from the erroneous prevention control board 1 and transmitting a signal for confirming taking out of the part to the erroneous work prevention control board; and a fastening tool part for transmitting a fastening signal from the fastening tool to the erroneous work prevention control board. The respective erroneous work prevention control boards are connected to a production instruction parent station for performing instruction relative to all manufacturing steps and can transmit/receive the various kinds of data signals.
