PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous vibration/shock absorbing raw material, having excellent shape keeping property without compressing the viscous vibration/shock absorbing raw material itself to be crushed due to the load of furniture or the like. SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric 3 is sandwiched between first and second gel-like polyurethane layers 1, 2 having self stickness, and the non-woven fabric 3 is impregnated with gel-like polyurethane.
