PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control method for an engine having comfortable throb, to provide a combustion control device and a motorcycle mounting the combustion control device thereon. SOLUTION: The device controls combustion of the engine having pistons of three or more of cylinders per a single crankshaft. The device controls the engine so that out of the three or more of cylinders, combustion in two cylinders having the same crank phase angle is performed, combustion of at least another cylinder is performed after making its first angle phase different, and then the combustion of the first two cylinder is repeated after making their second angle phase different.
