PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having glass micro-sphere capable of preventing glass micro-spheres from dropping. SOLUTION: A protective layer 8 for preventing the glass micro-spheres 1 from being exposed is disposed along a peripheral part of the substrate 4. Therein, the protective layer is made of a thermoplastic resin and is formed in a thickness of 3 to 10% of the diameter of the glass micro-spheres. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
