PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfurizing prevention coating agent for forming a coating layer capable of exactly preventing a sulfurizing phenomenon to a casting caused by sulfur-containing acid gas generated from the mold when cast iron is cast with an organic self-curing mold. SOLUTION: In the sulfurizing prevention coating agent, the blending of an aggregate is formed of calcium oxide, iron oxide and silica, thus an effect of shielding sulfur-containing acid gas is imparted thereto, and further, a neutralizer of neutralizing the sulfur-containing acid gas is incorporated therein.
