The clock has an input and/or controlling device (2) with a ring shaped uniform arrangement of switching units e.g. contact distance limiter (11), sensor button (14) and contact button (9a) over an outer circumference ring, where the units are arranged adjacent to each other. The device is switched by a contact generator (9b) and produces a runny switching row sequence by the movement of the generator. A base system has a rotatable bezel with a switching system as the controlling device. The limiter positions the generator at the sensor button.
