The device has a retainer (6) in which a trocar sleeve is fixed. The retainer is provided with three retaining arms (15, 16, 17), where an end of the retaining arms is flexibly arranged on the retainer such that the retaining arms are fixed in a desired position. Another end of the retaining arms is supported at a surgery region such as skin of a patient. The retainer comprises a recess (10) of receiving a trocar head (3).
