摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of pyrolysis by preventing generation of friction heat generated from a transport process, stably injecting a transported substance and bringing compression strength of the transported substance to be high. <P>SOLUTION: A waste liquefaction apparatus equipped with a heating chamber (20), a pyrolysis chamber (10), a throw-in device (70) and an exhaust device (80) is provided. The pyrolysis chamber (10) is installed in the heating chamber (20), pyrolyzes fed waste, discharges oil gas generated by pyrolysis to a gas gun and discharges a carbonized product. The throw-in device (70) throws the waste into the pyrolysis chamber (10) through a feed pipe and a throw-in pipe (77) by forcedly transporting the waste. The exhaust device (80) discharges the carbonized product discharged from the pyrolysis chamber (10) to outside through a discharge pipe by forced transport. In the apparatus, a push means (P) for compressing and transporting the waste is installed to the throw-in device (70) installed at the inlet of the pyrolysis chamber (10) and a push means (P') for compressing and transporting the carbonized product is installed to the exhaust device (80) installed to the outlet of the pyrolysis chamber (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
