PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly provide a user with disaster prevention information according to the present situation without excessive arithmetic operation processing when a disaster occurs or occurrence of the disaster is forecasted.

SOLUTION: In a mobile terminal, a plurality of pieces of disaster prevention information generated by simulation under a plurality of forecasted weather conditions are preliminarily stored in the disaster prevention information storage area 17a of a storage part 17. When the user of the mobile terminal inputs the present weather condition by an input part 18, disaster prevention information closest to the input weather condition is selected from the plurality of pieces of stored disaster prevention information and is displayed on a display part 19. The disaster prevention information is divided into base map data and a plurality of pieces of disaster simulation information when being stored. When disaster prevention information is selectively displayed, the base map data and selected disaster simulation information are combined to generate a hazard map.
