<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a more appropriate point exchange route in exchanging points by utilizing a plurality of point service. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 specifies points (second points) used in the point service of a target store, and acquires remaining points (the number of the first points) of a user. Then, an exchange route from the points held by the user to the points (the second points) of the target store is searched for by using store data 231 and exchange ratio data 232 in an exchange ratio data storage part 23.
