<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that combines an LED chip with a phosphor for irradiating light having a color differing from the luminescent color of an LED chip, and further gives directivity to the irradiated light. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection section 75 is formed in a cylindrical body shape spreading out toward the side of a lens 60. The inner surface is composed of a reflector 75c made of metal, ceramic, or the like.
