<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of articles enabling a user to search for desired articles easily and capable of suppressing risk that articles having no right of use are used. <P>SOLUTION: In the management system where a reader/writer provided for each of furnishings reads file information including an identification ID from an IC tag 30 provided for each file W stored in the furnishings to manage storage situation of the files in the furnishings in a management apparatus, the reader/writer outputs a command capable of specifying a file W which the user wants to use to each of IC tags 30 by radio communication when the file W is being used. The IC tag 30 which receives the command checks whether or not the identification ID and the received identification ID coincide with each other and, when they do, performs display processing for displaying a name of the file to a display part 38 of an electronic label T provided for the file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
