<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in peeling a seed cover off a sheet-like article and in seeds' sticking to the seed cover peeled off, and the problem in heat seal-related troublesomeness and in adding a sealed package to such a sheet-like article or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Seeds 3 of a plant or the like are sealed up between a lower seal 2 and an upper water-soluble seal 4 which are applied to a seal mount 1 to adhesively form a simple seed-bed 5. Further, the simple seed-bed 5 is made peelable off the seal mount 1. Alternatively, a simple seed-bed 5 adhesively formed by sealing up seeds 3 between the bottom side simple seed-bed 5a of a lower seal 2 applied to a seal mount 1 and the top side simple seed-bed 5b of an upper water-soluble seal 4 applied to a separate seal mount 1a is made integrally peelable off the seal mount 1.
