PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is capable of safely and exactly guiding many and unspecified facility users in evacuation up to an emergency exit by informing of disaster information and an evacuation route. SOLUTION: Evacuation direction indicators 1 installed in many positions within facilities are provided with peculiar information recording mediums 12 of two-dimensional codes or the like. Position information codes of the evacuation direction indicators 1, destination information of an evacuation management server 3, etc. are recorded in the peculiar information recording mediums 12. When a disaster occurs, the facility user can automatically transmits his or her present position to the evacuation management server 3 by reading the two-dimensional code 12 of the nearest evacuation direction indicator 1 with a mobile phone 4. When receiving position information, the evacuation management server 3 determines an evacuation route in accordance with disaster occurrence place information sent from an alarm 2, position information of individual evacuation direction indicators 1, position information of emergency exits provided in the facility, etc. and returns disaster information such as a disaster occurrence place and disaster contents and evacuation route information to a transmission means 4 from which the position information has been received.
