PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous polyurethane resin coating composition that is improved in physical properties such as gel time, strength, water resistance, solvent resistance and flexibility and develops soft feeling property of high function by evolving a technique using a polyamine. SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin coating composition comprises an aqueous polyamine resin as a component (A) which is a resin obtained by reacting (a) a diisocyanate compound with (b) a compound containing a terminal hydroxy group and a carbonyl group adjacent to a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond, (c) an active hydrogen group-containing fatty acid and (d) a polyalkylene glycol ether diol having 3,000-6,000 number-average molecular weight and contains amine residues by urea reaction and Michael addition reaction after neutralization treatment, a polyisocyanate compound as a component (B) dispersible into the component (A) and, if necessary, inorganic and/or organic fine powder as a component (C).
