PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a radio communication parameter is automatically set by connecting equipment through a wire cable, even when the equipment are connected through the wire cable for another purpose such as file transfer. SOLUTION: When communication of data such as an image through a wire cable through which equipment are connected to each other is detected, whether or not a preliminarily transmitted radio communication parameter should be used is discriminated.
