PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type rotary motor which can lower cogging torque, without dropping the torque sharply. SOLUTION: The first angleθ1 between two virtual segments which connect the center of a rotating shaft with both ends, severally, of a first type of coupling part 21A and the second angleθ2 between two virtual segments which connect the center of the rotating shaft with both ends, severally, of a second type of coupling part 21B are put in the relation ofθ1>θ2. One through hole H1 or H2, which extends from the center positions in its axial direction to both ends in its axial direction, is made at each of the first type of coupling part 21A and the second type of coupling part 21B. The peripheral width of the through hole H1 made in the first type of coupling part 21A is made larger than the peripheral width of the through hole H2 made in the second type of coupling part 21B.
