PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating coating and a heating element having improved thermal efficiency at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The heating coating comprises ground bamboo charcoal, colza oil, fine carbon composed of heavy oil, etc., oil component of kerosene and vegetable varnish. The heating element is obtained by coating a ceramic plate with the heating coating.
