PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of more simply building up a communication system wherein audio or video is exchanged by utilizing an existing mailing system at a lower cost in comparison with prior arts. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of terminals for configuring the communication system wherein audio or video is exchanged is installed with a function that informs a registration destination of a broadcast list stored in each terminal or an optionally designated destination about positional information on a network assigned to each terminal in an electronic mail form.
