PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a choke coil that can be miniaturized and can withstand high current. SOLUTION: The choke coil comprises a coil with core 16 formed by winding a conductor, a stick core member 14 disposed inside the coil 16, and a cover member 18 disposed so as to contact the core member 14 at both ends of the member 14 with a magnetic path formed between the members 14 and 18.
