PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked solid electrolytic capacitor where bonding property is improved between anodic sections and between the anodic section and an anodic lead frame, and assembly fraction defective and ESR are reduced. SOLUTION: The stacked solid electrolytic capacitor is configured by stacking a plurality of sheets of capacitor device plates where the anodic section is formed on one side of the front surface made of a valve- action metal foil; and a cathodic section comprising an oxide film layer, a solid electrolytic layer, and a cathodic leading layer is formed on the other side. The anodic section of the stacked capacitor device plates is fixed with a staple needle; the anodic sections, and the anodic section and the anodic lead frame, are bonded by resistance welding, and the staple needle is formed of an aluminum alloy, iron, copper, 42 alloy or stainless steel.
