PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor capable of realizing the reduction of ESL (equivalent series inductance). SOLUTION: First electrodes 31 and second electrodes 32 are equipped on the surface of a dielectric substrate 12 with an interval. First outer layer through-hole conductors 61 connect respective first terminal electrodes 31 to a first internal electrode 411. Second outer layer through-hole conductors 62 connect respective second terminal electrodes 32 to a second internal electrode 421. A first inner layer through-hole conductor 51 connects a plurality of first internal electrodes 411-41n, respectively.
