PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove effectively a non-linear distortion without increasing circuit scale. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a filter operation part 51 in which product of an input signal and an value obtained by delaying the input signal is calculated, further an output signal is generated by adding a plurality of values obtained by multiplying a filter coefficient; an error integrating part 53 integrating a value obtained by multiplying an error of the output signal obtained by the filter operation part 51 and a value obtained by delaying the input signal; and a coefficient updating part 54 in which combination of coefficients including the most significant coefficients is selected out of candidates of combination of new coefficients by the value integrated in the error integrating part 53, and the filter coefficient used in the filter operation part 51 is updated by selecting the input to which the filter coefficient is multiplied in a filter operation process based on the above.
