PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of data read while reducing hardware resources in an information processor adapting a register window and an out-of-order execution system. SOLUTION: This processor comprises an arithmetic means 40 executing a window switching instruction and instruction processing related to data held in a current register 20 or data held in a substitution buffer 30; and a control means 50 transferring, when the window switching instruction is decoded in execution of the window switching instruction of executing switching of register windows by the arithmetic means 40, the data in a register window designated by a current window pointer means to the substitution buffer 30 by execution of the window switching instruction.
