PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a value media put-out device, in which even if value media in a storage part run out in the course of putting out a predetermined number of value media, the residual value media can be automatically put out by supplying value media to the storage part. SOLUTION: This value medium put-out device comprises a put-out instruction device 142 instructing a predetermined put-out number of value media; a temporary storage device temporarily storing put-out value media; a collective put-out device collectively putting out the value media stored in the temporary storage device; and a control device 118 stopping the put-out device when the total of detection signals from a detection device is matched with the instructed number, and then operating the collective put-out device. This device further includes a residual number storage device 144 storing a balance of substraction of the number of detection signals from the detector from the instructed number; a storage part detector 158 detecting installation of the storage part; and a balance put-out device making, when the balance storage device stores the balance based on detection of the storage part detector, the put-out device perform put-out of the balance.
