PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which provides the latest data, as much as possible, when a user requires dynamics data, prevents data from leaking by means of a simpler mechanism system, and transfers data which are convenient to the users. SOLUTION: A remote management system is constituted of a working machinery side dynamic data management device which acquires a device power source directly from the battery of a working machine 2, makes the storage part of a communication means store data on communication destinations of a management part 1, and confirms preset arbitrary transmission start data through own control part, to make its own communication means transmit the dynamic data only to the management part 1, based on the data on the communication destinations; and a management part 1 side management device which makes own communication means, which can transfer data to a working machine 2 side communication means, receive at least the dynamic data from the working machine 2 side, makes own control part manage a website which provides data only to users who are permitted to access the website, and reflect arbitrary dynamics data to the website.
