PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles components formed with fine patterns without degrading their quality by using a laser. SOLUTION: The spectacles components are provided, formed with the fine patterns on the spectacles component surfaces without lowering the quality due to degradation in adhesion and to sweating resistance by forming leafing layers consisting of laser shielding bodies in coating films, and a method of producing the same is also provided.
