<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the occurrence of a defect accompanied with a temperature rise of an IC portion by separating an antenna during a reception of an intensive radio wave. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of antennas 2 for receiving the radio wave, the IC portion 1 for signal-processing the received radio wave, and thermal fuses 3 arranged in connection portions between the antenna 2 and the IC portion 1 each are provided. The thermal fuse 3 detects and cuts-by-melt a heat according to a heat-generation of the IC portion 1 accompanied with the reception of the radio wave with a non-intentional and intensive level, and separates the antenna 2 and the IC portion 1. As the antenna is separated non-reciprocally, a surplus feed to the IC portion 1 is stopped compulsorily and a breakage of the IC portion 1 by heat is avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
