PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal panty hoses excellent in heat retention. SOLUTION: The thermal panty hoses are obtained by dispersing ceramic fine particles having far-infrared-light radiation function in such a condition as to be tied up with acrylic resin film to structural gaps of covering yarns with which the panty hoses are knitted. The panty hoses can be produced in large quantities through the following process without using ceramic fine particle-kneaded yarns frequently damaging a knitting machine: soaking the panty hoses in slurry containing the ceramic fine particles and water-soluble acrylic resin; washing the panty hoses with water to remove ceramics from its surface part; and subjecting the panty hoses to spin dry and hot-air drying.
