PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle header capable of performing width-directionally uniform liquid treatment to a running fiber structure, to provide a high speed jet passing through mechanism having the nozzle header and achieving power energy decrease, and to provide various liquid treating apparatus applied with the high speed jet passing through mechanism. SOLUTION: A nozzle header (1) for jetting a fiber treating liquid has a main pipe (2) having at its one end a connecting part to a liquid source, a closed end at the other end and a uniform inner diameter, and plural nozzles (3) branched from the main pipe (2). By setting the ratio of the inner diameter d at the base end (3a) of the nozzle (3) to the inner diameter D of the main pipe (2) to be≤0.60, the pressure difference between the liquid introducing side and the closed side is decreased. Preferably, without changing the opening spaces from the base end (3a) to the tip end of the nozzle (3), section is gradually made applanate to eliminate the pressure difference.
