The mirror has a small video camera including wide angle lens and attached at both sides of a vehicle so that the entire overtaking lane is detected backwards inclusive of total angle. The camera is covered by a cover. The signal is displayed on a display device e.g. liquid crystal display and plasma. The display device is installed in a left lower corner of a windshield of an instrument panel. An independent claim is also included for a picture frame television.
