摘要 <p>Use is claimed as a rheological modifier for hair cosmetics of an ampholytic copolymer with a molar excess of anionogenic/anionic groups over cationogenic/cation groups or vice-versa, the copolymer being obtained by radical polymerization of specified unsaturated compounds optionally in presence of a silicon compound containing a polyether group and/or a radically polymerizable olefinically unsaturated double bond. Use is claimed as a rheological modifier for hair cosmetics of an ampholytic copolymer with a molar excess of anionogenic/anionic groups over cationogenic/cation groups or vice-versa, the copolymer being obtained (optionally in the presence of a silicon compound containing a polyether group and/or a radically polymerizable olefinically unsaturated double bond) by radical polymerization of (A) a compound with a radically polymerizable alpha ,beta -unsaturated double bond and an anionogenic and/or anionic group; (B) a compound like (a) but having cationgenic/cationic rather than anionogenic/anionic groups; and (C) a radically polymerizable crosslinking compound with >=2 alpha ,beta -unsaturated double bonds.
