The invention aims at providing an adsorbent having excellent adsorptivity for advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs). The invention provides an adsorbent for AGEs consisting of a copolymer resin comprising hydrophilic methacrylate units, which resin is composed of constituent units derived from a specific methacrylate and constituent units derived from a vinyl monomer. It is preferable that the copolymer resin have basic ion-exchange groups.
