<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support verbal handover for digital information smoothly. <P>SOLUTION: A second user 16 logs in a server 2 by inputting a second user ID from a second terminal 10. When the second user 16 designates a first business subject from the terminal 10, the first business subject is transmitted from the second terminal 10 to the server 2, so that first business subject information corresponding thereto is transmitted from the server 2 to the second terminal 10. If a first user ID associated with the first business subject information exists, the first user ID is transmitted from the server 2 to the second terminal 10 together with the first business subject information.
