<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition which uses a new photo-initiating system, which is highly sensitive to an oscillation wavelength from 350 nm to 450 nm of a short wavelength semiconductor laser, as well as excellent in preservation stability, workability, profitability and printing durability, and which is useful for a photosensitive layer of a lithographic printing plate precursor for scanning exposure adaptive, for example, to a CTP system. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises: (A) a compound having at least two mercarpto groups directly connected to a hetero ring; (B) a hexaarylbiimidazole compound; (C) a sensitizing dye; and (D) a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
