<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably manufacture a positive pressure PET bottle-filling beverage with a head space with a stable fine positive pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In this method 100 for manufacturing, a heat-sterilized beverage D is made to flow down under a thin film in a nitrogen gas dissolving apparatus 3 filled with nitrogen gas N<SB>2</SB>passed through a filter 2 to form a nitrogen excessively dissolved beverage DN in which the nitrogen gas N<SB>2</SB>is excessively dissolved at a saturated solubility or higher in the beverage D. This nitrogen excessively dissolved beverage DN is filled into a PET bottle PB by a filler 4, and the PET bottle-filling beverage is sealed by a cap C by a capper 5 to prepare a positive pressure PET bottle-filling beverage YPB. Thereafter, the positive pressure PET bottle-filling beverage YPB is heat-sterilized while it is forcibly pressurized by a retort pressurizing pasteurizer 6 so that a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the PET bottle is not generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
