<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dynamic document whose content is updated periodically in an image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In a user interface of the image processing apparatus, a document format is selected, a dynamic field structure is decided, and the static content of a document is designated.
