摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect and measure a plurality of inspection items, and to reduce the usage of a specimen liquid and a reagent. SOLUTION: This biosensor/biosensor device is juxtaposed with a surface acoustic wave sensor 30 comprising a surface wave propagation area 33 and a pair of comb-toothed electrodes 31, 32 arranged opposedly with the surface wave propagation area therebetween to generate and transmit the surface wave, on a piezoelectric substrate 11, and an optical waveguide type sensor 40 comprising the first optical waveguide 41, a pair of light input and output parts 42, 43 provided with the first optical waveguide therebetween, and the second optical waveguide 44 layered on an optical waveguide area and having a refractive index higher than that of the first optical waveguide, and a fixed layer 45 provided on the second optical waveguide, on the piezoelectric substrate. A well 51 is formed to arrange the surface wave propagation area 33 of the surface acoustic wave sensor and the fixed layer 45 of the optical waveguide type sensor, within the same outer envelope 50, and the plurality of inspection items is inspected concurrently when the liquid specimen is supplied into the well.
