PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flex-rigid printed wiring board capable of improving reliability of connection via a conduction hole. SOLUTION: The flex-rigid printed wiring board is provided with a rigid portion where a component can be mounted, and the flexible portion connected to the rigid portion and bendable. The wiring board has a base film provided across the rigid portion and the flexible portion, and a flexible resin layer laminated and provided on the base film and having a conductive circuit formed on its surface. A conduction hole for conducting a conductor circuit formed on the base film surface to a conductor circuit formed on the flexible resin layer is formed on the rigid portion so as to open the flexible resin.
