PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a sales store side extension number to a telephone of call termination as a source telephone number when a call is made from a telephone in a center. SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a destination conversion information DB for associating a center side extension number with a carrier network center side number, and storing it; a center side call control device for indicating outgoing of a call to a carrier network base side number from an IP telephone assigned with the center side extension number relating to a carrier network center side gateway after receiving the center side extension number and the carrier network base side number from a CTI server, a call information DB for associating and storing the center side extension number, the carrier network center side number, the carrier network base side number, and a customer telephone number, and a base side call control device for outputting an indication for transferring a call to the customer telephone number from a public network source number relating to a PSTN network gateway by reading the customer telephone number from the call information DB after receiving the carrier network center side number and the carrier network base side number from a carrier network base side gateway.
