PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a transparent film area existing together with a substance having a color such as a color filter. SOLUTION: This system for measuring a transparent film in a measured object 14 layered with the substance 25 having the prescribed color and the transparent film 26 is provided with a light source means 5 for irradiating the transparent film with light not containing a light wavelength of the prescribed color or reduced in intensity relatively with respect to other light wavelengths, and an image processing means B1 for receiving the light reflected by the irradiation to image-process the transparent film.
