PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden pallet which has a sufficient strength and can be disassembled into individual materials easily. SOLUTION: In the wooden pallet 1, two or more beam members are arranged in parallel and a deck member is arranged in a lattice on them. Those are pinched and fixed with a fixing member. For example, the deck member 4d and the beam member 3a are pinched with the fixing member 2d using a bolt 25b or the like. When the pallet hung with a wire W is transferred with a crane or the like, although the wire W is in contact with the deck member 4d, the wire W is not bite into the deck member 4d more than a determined quantity by a wire bite preventing part 24 and the wooden pallet 1 is not broken easily.
