PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label delivery control device for a labeling machine, which allows a cutting section, and a delivery section to adequately carry out necessary transportation, printing, and delivery operation of a mountless label, thereby maintaining printing accuracy in a predetermined level and maintaining suction location accuracy to a suction plate in a predetermined level, and prevents occurrence of unusual sound when the label is delivered by a delivery roller, and to provide a label delivery control method for the labeling machine. SOLUTION: The label delivery control device for the labeling machine is set up by paying attention to that information of a printing speed of the mountless label is additionally controlled, based on control of only on-off operation of a delivery motor 13 of a cutter control substrate 17. Therefore after being printed, the mountless label is cut to a predetermined length, and delivered by the delivery section, followed by being sucked by the suction plate in the suction section and being stuck to a predetermined commodity.
