PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroller having a strap capable of preventing interference of the movement of a handle part even when the position of the handle part is moved. SOLUTION: In the stroller 100, a handle part 160 is arranged selectively to the position along the longitudinal direction of a backrest part 140 and the position across the longitudinal direction of the backrest part in a service condition in a non-folded state. The stroller is foldable by moving a front wheel part and a rear wheel part in the direction close to each other while the handle part is arranged at the position along the backrest part. The stroller has a belt-like strap part 180 for allowing a user to hold the stroller in a folded state. The strap part has a handle side fixing part 181 for fixing the strap to an upper portion of the handle part, a seat face side fixing part 182 for fixing the strap to a vicinity of the seat face part 130, and a strap connection part 183 for disconnecting or connecting the strap part between the handle side fixing part and the seat face side fixing part.
